If your sales page displays an error or fails to load, here are the steps to follow in order:
1. Is the page published?
In the builder, check that the status in the top-right corner says "Published." A page that has been saved but not published is not publicly accessible.
2. Is the funnel active?
Go to Funnels → [your funnel] → Settings and make sure the “Active” toggle is turned on.
3. If you’re using a custom domain
Check under Settings → Domains to make sure the status shown is “Connected” (green dot). If you see “Pending propagation,” please wait a few more hours.
4. Browser cache
Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Maj+R or Cmd+Maj+R) or open the page in incognito mode to bypass the cache.
If nothing works
Contact support and provide the exact URL of the page in question. Our team will respond within 2 business days (often within 4 hours on business days).
