How do I change my plan?

Settings → Subscription → Change Plan. The change takes effect immediately. The difference will be prorated until your next billing cycle.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select the plan you want
  4. Confirm

How is the prorated amount calculated?

If you upgrade your plan: the difference is billed immediately, prorated based on the number of days remaining in your billing period.

If you downgrade your plan: there is no immediate refund, but your next bill will be reduced by the amount of unused credit.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel at any time from the same screen. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
